Started this whole healthy living thing again
After not really eating healthy or doing much training at uni I though whilst I’m at home I’ll kick start my training again. Damn I can tell I haven’t done it in ages! I ache after one short session :( Ah well. I’m gunna keep it up and hopefully continue it back at uni! I haven’t put on weight since being at uni but it always just makes me feel healthier and more energetic! :)
