Plans for tomorrow

  • Wake up at a reasonable hour
  • Get a new personal Sketchbook
  • Get Xbox Fixed (In time for Directors cut Mass Effect 3 DLC) 
  • Ummmm… that kinda covers it actually
  • Maybe skate if the weather’s good! 

Finished the first day of the new work out plan

and actually felt like I was achieving something and working my Chest and Tris properly throughout the whole thing! Got a days rest of just doing some cardio before moving on to shoulder and bicep workout!

I ache all over

but in a good way! This weeks workout plan is pretty monster! Dropped short by 2 on the final reps for both tri dips and press ups so gotta repeat the day for them though. Ah well. 72 out of 75 ain’t bad!

My new years resolution of being healthy is actually going really well!

I actually think I’m managing to be healthier at uni then I am at home! I took my 2nd weekly photo of myself today for motivation and junk and even a week down the line I’m already starting to notice a lot of differences in myself, plus I constantly feel awake and full of energy which is a nice change! Dunno why I stopped my work outs and healthy eating last semester, but definitely glad I’m back on it :D Dunno what all this fuss about weight loss and stuff is! I’m personally loving it :D 

I’m actually insanely proud of myself

Normally when I go about wanting to do something like drop a few lbs etc I make a plan, follow for tops of a week and then normaly get side tracked or forget about it! 

This time I’ve actually stuck with it for like 2 weeks and am really enjoying it now. I’m also feeling great about myself and am quite easily in the best physical state I’ve ben in… umm. probably forever!!
